He was formerly Chile’s Minister of Social Development (2013-2014) and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (2010-2013).
He graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where he earned his degree in Law. As part of his professional development, he has participated in several specialization courses on topics related to his areas of professional practice such as international relationships (Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile) and Corporate Compliance (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, UAI).

She graduated from University of Chile (Santiago, Chile) where she earned her degree in Law. As part of her academic experience, she worked as assistant professor at the Labor Law and Social Security Department, Law School of University of Chile (2003-2007). She has postgraduate studies in Labor Law, Social Security and Labor Procedural Reform (University of Chile) and updating courses in company taxation and oral litigation (University of Chile).

Carolina Gajardo Razeto

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in various continuing education courses such as Corporate Compliance (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, UAI), Legal Protection of Personal Data (Universidad del Desarrollo, UDD) and Consumer Protection Law (Universidad del Desarrollo, UDD), among others. Cristóbal Hernán Schmidt Fuenzalida

He has extensive experience and is a specialist in labor litigation in all areas and contentious labor and social security matters.
